Institutional and Academic Responsibilities

ESATIC

Head of the Research and Partnership Division – Directorate of Research and Technological Innovation (DRIT), since 2017. Development of research activities, scientific projects, partnerships, and the promotion of innovation. The department includes the Innovation and Development Unit (CID) and LASTIC.

Member of the ESATIC Scientific Advisory Board: contributes to scientific policy and the promotion of research.

Contribution to the organization of COSTIC and to activities related to preparing CAMES applications. In 2026, ESATIC submitted seven candidates to CAMES, six of whom were accepted.

Doctoral Schools and Public Institutions

Supervisory and scientific collaboration activities with the STAD Doctoral School at Félix Houphouët-Boigny University and the STI Polytechnic Doctoral School at INP-HB. Participation in efforts to structure doctoral schools in the field of Science and Technology.

Other Academic Responsibilities

Academic Director – Bingerville Polytechnic University (UPB). Coordination and supervision of educational and academic activities; organization of instruction; monitoring of curricula and assessments. Algorithms Coach – Digital Farming School (DFS), INP-HB, and UM6P. Supporting learners in algorithms applied to digital agriculture.

Innovation and Value Creation

The Innovation and Development Unit (CID) ESATIC contributes to the design of digital solutions, technology transfer, and the commercialization of research results. Among its collective achievements are the Award for Best Digital Innovation in 2017 and 2018 as well as a Second prize in 2021. The CID also promotes technological innovation and collaborations with the socioeconomic ecosystem.
